Jim Tobergta: Meet our go-to guy for making ideas come to life. A graduate of University of Cincinnati College of Design Art Architecture and planning, Jim is a classically trained industrial designers as well as an MPE veteran with hundresds of sessions in his portfolio.
Gary Kopervas: Gary Kopervas is one of the founding members of Marco Polo. Since 1995, he’s been in over 100 Big Idea Sessions and has written several thousand new product concepts. With his track record as an ad agency creative director, seasoned brand strategist and nationally sydicated cartoonist, he regarded as one of America’s most illustrious thinkers.
Dave Flege: Say, "Hey, diddley do!" to our most talented illustrator. A graduate of the Columbus School of Design, Dave has had a moving pencil in his hand ever since. He scribbles, doodles, draws, paints, and sprays everything from graffiti to Sistine-esque murals.
