The challenge
Seeking to become a bigger and more frequent part of family dinner, Pizza Hut was compelled to raise the standard for consumers in a very competitive category.
Our approach
Inspired by the marketing positioning of “gather around the good stuff,” we aimed to transcend the pizza category and deliver on the higher-order benefits of family togetherness. Beyond pizza in a box, we created greater engagement around the food and upped energy at family mealtime.
The Result
The resulting innovations, such as Four for All, Dippin Strips, Cheesy Bites, and Panormous proved to be game-changers for Pizza Hut’s business.
